छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा है कि 28 जुलाई को हरेली तिहार से गोधन न्याय योजना का विस्तार करते हुए गोबर के साथ-साथ गौ-मूत्र की खरीदी की शुरूआत की जाएगी। सीएम बघेल ने विधानसभा परिसर स्थित अपने कार्यालय कक्ष में ‘गोधन न्याय योजना’ की दूसरी सालगिरह पर गोधन न्याय योजना के हितग्राहियों के खाते में 48वीं कश्ति की राशि के रूप में 7 करोड़ 48 लाख रुपये की राशि का ऑनलाइन भुगतान करने के बाद कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि गौ-मूत्र की खरीदी के लिए 4 रुपये प्रति लीटर की दर प्रस्तावित की गई है। खरीदे गए गौ-मूत्र का उपयोग जीवामृत कीटनाशकों और खाद के निर्माण के लिए किया जाएगा। इससे राज्य में जैविक खेती को और मजबूती मिलेगी तथा पशुपालकों की आय में भी बढ़ोतरी होगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि महिला स्व-सहायता समूहों तथा सहकारी समितियों को वर्मी कम्पोस्ट विक्रय पर बोनस दिया जाएगा। इस संबंध में आदेश जारी कर दिया गया है। महिला समूहों को प्रति किलो वर्मी कम्पोस्ट के वक्रिय पर 01 रुपए तथा सहकारी समितियों को 10 पैसे का बोनस मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि गत 07 जुलाई तक बिक चुके कम्पोस्ट के लिए महिला समूहों को बोनस के रूप में 17 करोड़ 64 लाख रुपये तथा सहकारी समितियों को 01 करोड़ 76 लाख रुपए की प्रोत्साहन राशि दी जाएगी।
सीएम बघेल द्वारा गोधन न्याय योजना के हितग्राहियों के खाते में अंतरित की गई राशि में एक जुलाई से 15 जुलाई तक राज्य के गौठानों में पशुपालकों, ग्रामीणों, किसानों, भूमिहीनों से क्रय किए गए गोबर के एवज में 2.69 करोड़ रूपए भुगतान, गौठान समितियों को 2.88 करोड़ और महिला समूहों को 1.91 करोड़ रुपये की लाभांश राशि का भुगतान शामिल है। गोबर खरीदी के एवज में आज किए गए भुगतान की राशि को मिलाकर अब तक 153.44 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान किया जा चुका है। इसी तरह योजना के तहत अब तक गौठान समितियों एवं महिला स्व-सहायता समूहों को 147.99 करोड़ रूपए का भुगतान किया जा चुका है। इस अवसर पर कृषि मंत्री रव्द्रिर चौबे, वन मंत्री मोहम्मद अकबर, उद्योग मंत्री कवासी लखमा, संस्कृति मंत्री अमरजीत भगत, नगरीय विकास मंत्री डॉ.शिव कुमार डहरिया, मुख्यमंत्री के सलाहकार द्वय विनोद वर्मा और रूचिर गर्ग, मुख्य सचिव अमिताभ जैन भी उपस्थित थे।
