रायपुर। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने रविवार को स्वामी आत्मानंद मेधावी छात्र प्रोत्साहन योजना अंतर्गत छत्तीसगढ़ माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल की वर्ष 2022 की वार्षिक परीक्षा में कक्षा 10वीं और 12वीं प्रावीण्य सूची में स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं को सम्मानित किया। मुख्यमंत्री निवास परिसर में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा कक्षा 12वीं की टॉपर रायगढ़ जिले की कुन्ती साव को स्वर्ण पदक और द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त करने वाली बिलासपुर जिले की खुशबू वाधवानी को रजत पदक से सम्मानित किया। इसी प्रकार कक्षा 10वीं की प्रावीण्य सूची में संयुक्त रूप से टॉपर रायगढ़ की सुमन पटेल और कांकेर की सुनाली बाला को स्वर्ण पदक तथा द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त कबीरधाम जिले पंकज कुमार साहू को रजत पदक प्रदान किया। समारोह में सभी मेधावी छात्र-छात्राओं को डेढ़-डेढ़ लाख रूपये की प्रोत्साहन राशि प्रदान की गई। मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल ने समारोह में प्रोत्साहन राशि को मेधावी छात्र-छात्राओं के बैंक खाते आरटीजीएस के माध्यम से ट्रांसफर किया।
मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने मेधावी छात्र-छात्राओं को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि भेंट-मुलाकात कार्यक्रम के दौरान नन्हें बच्चों कि जिद पर हेलीकॉप्टर जॉय राइडिंग कराया गया। श्री बघेल ने बच्चों से सीधे संवाद करते हुए पूछा कि हेलीकॉप्टर में बैठने से किसी को डर तो नहीं लगा, सभी बच्चों ने सामूहिक रूप से कहा कि बिल्कुल भी डर नहीं लगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी बच्चों की प्रशंसा करते हुए बताया कि अधिकारियों ने सभी बच्चों को एक साथ हवाई जहाज में सफर कराने की सलाह दी थी, लेकिन मैंने बच्चों की जिद को ध्यान में रखते हुए हेलीकॉप्टर में ही जॉय राइडिंग कराने का फैसला लिया। उन्होंने कहा कि भविष्य में कई बच्चों को हवाई जहाज पर चढ़ने का अवसर मिलेगा, लेकिन सरकार के हेलीकॉप्टर में कुछ गिन-चुने लोगों को ही सफर करने का अवसर मिलता है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि इन बातों को ध्यान में रखते हुए कक्षा 10वीं और 12वीं की परीक्षा की प्रावीण्य सूची में स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले बच्चों को हेलीकॉप्टर से ही जायराइडिंग कराने का फैसला लिया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने बच्चों से पूछा, हेलीकॉप्टर से रायपुर शहर कैसा दिखा ? इस पर बच्चों ने एक स्वर में कहा, ‘बहुत सुंदर’। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़े व कमजोर वर्ग को शिक्षा के प्रति प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए विशेष पिछड़ी जनजातियों-अबूझमाड़िया, बैंगा, बिरहोर, कमार और पहाड़ी कोरवा के हाईस्कूल और हायर सेकण्डरी में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को सम्मानित किया जा रहा है। इन सभी विद्यार्थियों को भी डेढ़-डेढ़ लाख रूपये प्रोत्साहन राशि प्रदान की जा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा समारोह में हायर सेकेण्डरी परीक्षा में टॉपर रायगढ़ जिले की कुन्ती साव को स्वर्गीय अंकित सिंह परिहार स्मृति पुरस्कार 11 हजार रूपये की राशि का चेक भी प्रदान किया गया।
स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. प्रेमसाय सिंह टेकाम ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री की पहल पर पूरे देश में पहली बार मेधावी छात्र-छात्राओं को हेलीकॉप्टर जॉय रायडिंग का अवसर मिला है। मुख्यमंत्री की यह पहल पूरे देश के लिए अनुकरणीय है। डॉ. टेकाम ने कहा कि शिक्षा के जरिए हम भावी जीवन की चुनौतियों के लिए तैयार होते हैं। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि मंडल के सराहनीय कार्य से राज्य के अन्य विद्यार्थियों को प्रेरणा मिलेगी और अधिक-से-अधिक विद्यार्थी उच्च शिक्षा के लिए अग्रसर होंगे। डॉ. टेकाम ने बताया कि स्वामी आत्मानंद मेधावी छात्र प्रोत्साहन योजना के तहत छत्तीसगढ़ माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल की वर्ष 2022 की कक्षा 10वीं और 12वीं की परीक्षा की प्रावीण्य सूची में स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले 125 छात्र-छात्राओं में से कक्षा 10वीं के 90 और कक्षा 12वीं के 35 छात्र-छात्राएं शामिल हैं। प्रमुख सचिव स्कूल शिक्षा डॉ. आलोक शुक्ला ने स्वामी आत्मानंद मेधावी छात्र प्रोत्साहन योजना अंतर्गत प्रतिभा सम्मान समारोह के संबंध में विस्तार से जानकारी दी।
