छत्तीसगढ़ में लोगों को प्रमाण पत्र बननवाने के लिए अब ऑफिसों के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ेंगे। सीएम भूपेश बघेल इसको लेकर प्रदेश के लोगों को बड़ी सुविधा देने जा रहे हैं। इसके बाद अब लोगों को घर बैठे प्रमाण पत्र बनवा सकेंगे। सीएम भूपेश बघेल अंतर्राष्ट्रीय श्रमिक दिवस के मौके पर एक मई को पूर्वान्ह 11 बजे वर्चुअल समारोह में ’मुख्यमंत्री मितान योजना’ का शुभारंभ करेंगें। प्रथम चरण में यह योजना प्रदेश के सभी 14 नगर निगमों में लागू की जा रही है। जिसके तहत नागरिकों को विभिन्न विभागों की सेवाओं का लाभ उनके घर पर मितान के माध्यम से निर्धारित समय-सीमा में पूर्ण पारदर्शिता के साथ उनके डोर-स्टेप पर प्रदान की जाएगी।

इस योजना के तहत नागरिकों को मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र, जाति प्रमाणपत्र, आय प्रमाण पत्र, दस्तावेज़ के नकल के लिए अनुरोध, गैर-डिजिटाइज्ड (भूमि रिकॉर्ड आदि की प्रति), जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र, विवाह पंजीकरण और प्रमाणपत्र, दुकान पंजीकरण, भूमि की जानकारी, जन्म प्रमाणपत्र सुधार, मृत्यु प्रमाणपत्र सुधार, विवाह प्रमाणपत्र सुधार आदि नागरिक सेवाएं घर बैठे प्रदान की जाएंगी। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता वाली इस योजना के तहत प्राप्त सभी आवेदनों का मुख्यमंत्री मितान योजना के माध्यम से बिना किसी देरी के प्राथमिकता के आधार पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। संबंधित आवेदकों को प्रमाण पत्र ’मितान’ द्वारा उनके घर पर प्रदान किए जाएंगे।
