छत्तीसगढ़ में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना को लेकर भाजपा का प्रदर्शन, कई नेता और कार्यकर्ता हिरासत में

छत्तीसगढ़ की राजधानी रायपुर में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) के सैकड़ों कार्यकर्ताओं ने राज्य में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के कथित खराब क्रियान्वयन को लेकर प्रदर्शन किया और विधानसभा घेराव की कोशिश की। इस दौरान कई नेताओं और कार्यकर्ताओं को हिरासत में लिया गया। छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा के बजट सत्र के दौरान भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं ने विधानसभा घेराव की कोशिश की। विधानसभा घेराव की कोशिश के मद्देनजररायपुर के बाहरी इलाके में विधानसभा की ओर जाने वाली सड़कों पर विभिन्न स्थानों पर तैनात भारी पुलिस दल ने भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं को पहले ही रोक दिया था।

भाजपा के इस प्रदर्शन को देखते हुए कई जगहों पर विधानसभा जाने वाली सड़कों पर धातु की बड़ी-बड़ी चादरों और कंटेनर ट्रकों के साथ अवरोधक लगाए गए। वहीं पुलिस ने प्रदर्शनकारियों पर नजर रखने के लिए ड्रोन का भी इस्तेमाल किया। जब भाजपा कार्यकर्ता और नेताओं ने विधानसभा के करीब अवरोधक पार किए तब उन्हें रोकने के लिए पुलिस ने आंसू गैस के गोले, पानी की बौछार और हल्का लाठीचार्ज का प्रयोग किया।

बाद में प्रदर्शनकारियों को कई बसों में बिठाकर वहां से दूर ले जाया गया। हिरासत में लिए गए लोगों में भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अरुण साव, विधायक बृजमोहन अग्रवाल और अन्य वरिष्ठ नेता शामिल रहे। पुलिस ने हिरासत में लिए गए भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं की सही संख्या की पुष्टि नहीं की है। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी को बाद में रिहा कर दिया गया। भाजपा विधायक बृजमोहन अग्रवाल ने दावा किया कि विरोध के दौरान पुलिस कार्रवाई में 100 से अधिक पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं को चोटें आई है। अग्रवाल ने कहा कि भाजपा ने ‘मोर आवास, मोर अधिकार’ (मेरा घर मेरा अधिकार) को लेकर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया था लेकिन पुलिस कार्रवाई दर्शाती है कि भूपेश बघेल सरकार एक ”तानाशाह” की तरह व्यवहार कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस ने आंसू गैस के गोले छोड़े, पानी की बौछार की और लाठीचार्ज किया।

अग्रवाल ने कहा कि कांग्रेस सरकार की लापरवाही के कारण लगभग 20 लाख लाभार्थी योजना के तहत आवास से वंचित हैं। इससे पहले, विधानसभा मार्ग पर स्थित कचना गांव के करीब पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं की एक विशाल सभा को संबोधित करते हुए राज्य भाजपा प्रमुख अरुण साव ने कांग्रेस सरकार पर निशाना साधा और उसे ‘जनविरोधी’ और ‘गरीब विरोधी’ बताया। साव ने कहा, ”यह गरीबों के अधिकारों, अन्याय और अत्याचार के खिलाफ लड़ाई है। कांग्रेस सरकार की नाकामी का नतीजा है कि राज्य में लाखों गरीब प्रधानमंत्री आवास से वंचित हैं। साव ने इस दौरान कांग्रेस सरकार को ‘गूंगी-बहरी’ करार दिया और कहा कि उनकी पार्टी आवास योजना के लाभार्थियों के साथ खड़ी है और उनके लिए लड़ाई जारी रखेगी। प्रदर्शन के दौरान पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री रमन सिंह, भाजपा के प्रदेश प्रभारी ओम माथुर और वरिष्ठ नेता मौजूद थे।
