भाजपा का आरोप, छत्तीसगढ़ में कांग्रेस के शासन में अपराधी हो गए बेखौफ

छत्तीसगढ़ में विपक्षी दल भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) ने रविवार को दावा किया कि राज्य में कांग्रेस के शासन में अपराधी बेखौफ हो गए हैं। भाजपा ने राज्य में इस साल विधानसभा चुनाव में पार्टी के सत्ता में आने पर ऐसे तत्वों के खिलाफ ‘बुलडोजर’ का इस्तेमाल करने का वादा किया। राज्य में सत्तारूढ़ कांग्रेस ने इस विचार को हिंसक बताते हुए तीखी प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की। पिछले कुछ वर्षों में, भाजपा शासित कुछ राज्य, विशेष रूप से उत्तर प्रदेश और मध्य प्रदेश में कथित दंगाइयों और असामाजिक तत्वों के घरों को ध्वस्त करने के लिए बुलडोजर का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है।

पिछले साल मध्य प्रदेश के खरगौन में रामनवमी समारोह के दौरान हुई हिंसा के बाद, वहां की शिवराज सिंह चौहान सरकार ने कथित दंगाइयों के खिलाफ बुलडोजर के जरिये कार्रवाई की थी। छत्तीसगढ़ में विधानसभा चुनाव इस साल के अंत में होने हैं। भाजपा की छत्तीसगढ़ इकाई के ट्विटर हैंडल पर पोस्ट किए गए एक वीडियो बयान में, पार्टी के वरिष्ठ विधायक एवं विपक्ष के नेता नारायण चंदेल ने कहा कि यदि उनकी पार्टी छत्तीसगढ़ में सत्ता में आती है, तो अपराधियों के खिलाफ सरकार के बुलडोजर से कार्रवाई की जायेगी। उन्होंने कहा, ”हम छत्तीसगढ़ की जनता को विश्वास दिलाते हैं कि भाजपा ऐसी सरकार देगी जहां लोग बिना किसी भय और भुखमरी के रहेंगे।

सत्तारूढ़ कांग्रेस की निंदा करते हुए उन्होंने कहा, भूपेश बघेल सरकार में अपराधी बेखौफ हो गए हैं और प्रदेश उनके लिए सुरक्षित पनाहगाह बन गया है। हम राज्य की जनता को विश्वास दिलाते हैं कि अगर भाजपा सरकार बनाती है तो अपराध और अपराधियों के खिलाफ बुलडोजर का इस्तेमाल किया जायेगा। सरकार दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करेगी। इस बीच प्रदेश कांग्रेस की संचार शाखा के प्रमुख सुशील आनंद शुक्ला ने कहा कि क्योंकि भाजपा के पास कोई मुद्दा नहीं बचा है, इसलिए उसके नेता सांप्रदायिकता, धर्मांतरण और अन्य भड़काऊ मुद्दों पर बयान देकर लोगों को भड़काने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।

शुक्ला ने राज्य में भाजपा के 15 साल लंबे (2003 से 2018) शासन के दौरान हुए कथित घोटाले, चिकित्सा त्रासदी और नक्सलियों द्वारा हमलों की घटनाओं का हवाला दिया और पूछा कि दोषियों के खिलाफ बुलडोजर का इस्तेमाल क्यों नहीं किया गया था। भाजपा के वादे के बारे में पूछे जाने पर, राज्य के खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति मंत्री अमरजीत भगत ने संवाददाताओं से कहा, ”कौन अपने घरों पर बुलडोजर चलवाना चाहेगा? ये विभाजनकारी तत्व हैं (स्पष्ट रूप से भाजपा की ओर इशारा करते हुए)। जो विघटनकारी विचार रखते हैं, उन्हें वहीं रहने दें…छत्तीसगढ़ में शांति का माहौल है। शांति और सद्भाव की रक्षा करना सभी की नैतिक जिम्मेदारी है।
